The location of the Residence Villa Avisio is both quiet and convenient at the same time, due to the fact that it is immersed in greenery and situated on a private road that is only 300 metres from the centre of Canazei, only a stone’s throw away from the park that is located near to all the sports facilities: tennis, football and 5-a-side football, the swimming pool, the ski school and beginners’ ski lift; only 350 metres away there is the main Belvedere – Sella Ronda ski lift.

The mountain apartments are the ideal solution for those who are looking for the same comfort on holiday as they have when they are at home. This allows much more freedom and independence when compared to the classic hotel accommodation.

We spent 4 nights at this residence in Canazei. We were assisted at all times by Filippo, who is an extremely polite and cordial person. Perfect cleaning. Very complete equipment and in perfect condition. Very comfortable room. Ski storage with boot warmers. Although it seems remote, in 5 minutes you are in the center of the town on foot and the best for skiers is an excellent shuttle service to the gondola and pick-up on demand. Thank you very much. We would love to come back!

We've been choosing the Avisio Residence for many years, thanks to its excellent location, cleanliness, and the owner's kindness and helpfulness. Here you feel at home, the apartments are very comfortable, the view is wonderful, and it's just steps from the pool, which is handy on rainy days.
